Rabago, the Legal Representative of the "China Commercial Steamship Company" in his Note No.83 of the 20th of April last informs this Board that the Steamship "Suisang" of the abovementioned Company sailed on the 3rd of that month from the Port of Hong Kong for Salina Cruz, where she should arrive, assuming that the voyage be made in the usual time, between the 7th and the 9th instant. She has 520 Chinese passengers on board. I send this for your information by order of the President of the Board.

With this object in view permit me, Monsieur le Ministre, to transcribe in their entirety the telegrams exchanged between the Superior Board of Health and the Sanitary Commission in the Port of Salina Cruz with reference to this matter.
